1. Warranty & Factory Defects
- 2-Day Limited Warranty: We provide a 2-day warranty strictly covering factory defects. This period begins from the moment of delivery.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid StigPodsUAE.ae invoice number must be provided to initiate any warranty claim.
- Exclusions: This warranty covers only manufacturing faults. It does not cover:
- General wear and tear or scratches.
- Damage caused by dropping the device or any form of physical abuse.
- Issues arising from misuse, alterations, or modifications.
- Damage caused by third-party software or unauthorized repair attempts.
- Products with missing or defaced serial numbers.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- Claim Period: Refund or exchange claims must be made within 2 days of purchase. Claims made after this period will be considered void.
- Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original factory packaging.
- Eligible Items: Returns are only accepted in cases of:
- Confirmed Factory Defects.
- Packaging/Shipping mistakes (incorrect item sent).
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For exchange requests, please email info@stigpodsuae.ae.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Pods & E-Liquids)
- Pods & E-Liquids: Due to hygiene, safety, and the subjective nature of flavor, we offer no refunds or returns on Pods or E-Liquids.
- Taste Preference: Flavor is subjective; we cannot offer returns if you do not like the taste of a specific juice.
- Safety Protocol: Because we cannot verify if an e-liquid has been tampered with after delivery, we do not accept returns on any liquids (even if unopened) unless the incorrect product was shipped by us.
4. The Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will acknowledge receipt via email. Our technical team will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer (or cash in specific cases).
- Rejected Refunds: If the item shows signs of misuse, scratches, or accidental damage, the refund will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
5. Liability & Common Sense
- User Knowledge: Vaping hardware requires a specific knowledge base. Damage caused by a lack of understanding regarding how to operate or maintain a device (including battery safety) is not a factory defect and is not covered by warranty. We encourage all customers to research products before purchasing.
- Indemnification: By using this site, the user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold StigPodsUAE.ae harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the use of the site or products purchased.
- Safety: StigPodsUAE.ae is not responsible for any injuries resulting from the use of products, regardless of the circumstance.
