2. Products & Authenticity

• Guarantee: We guarantee that all Stig Vape and VGOD products sold on our platform are 100% authentic.
• Accuracy: We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors and packaging you see may vary slightly.
• Subjectivity: We do not offer returns or refunds based on personal taste preferences for VGOD Salt Nic or VGOD Freebase e-Liquid.

3. Orders & Pricing

• Order Acceptance: Your order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Currency: All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Minimum Order: We reserve the right to set minimum order values for delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery Terms

• Same-Day Delivery: To qualify for same-day delivery in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman, orders must be placed before the 10:00 AM cutoff.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered on the following working day.
• Delivery Scope: We deliver across UAE to all seven Emirates, excluding certain restricted or remote areas.
• Courier Communication: You agree to be reachable via WhatsApp or Phone Call for our courier to coordinate the final delivery and location.

5. Payment Terms (On-Delivery Only)

To ensure maximum security and customer satisfaction, we operate exclusively on an "On-Delivery" payment model:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery.
• Card Machine on Delivery: Our couriers carry mobile terminals to accept major credit/debit cards at your doorstep.
• Transfer of Ownership: Ownership of the products remains with STIG Pods UAE until full payment is received by the courier.

6. Warranty & Returns

Your use of our products is also governed by our Refund & Warranty Policy. We provide a 2-day warranty strictly for factory defects. Consumables such as used pods and opened e-liquids are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

STIG Pods UAE shall not be held liable for any health issues, injuries, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to the use of rechargeable batteries in the VGOD Pod Pro S. Vaping products contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. Users assume all risks associated with nicotine consumption.
