🚀 Delivery Timelines

Same-Day Delivery: Place your order before 10:00 AM to receive your items the same day in Dubai.

Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 10:00 AM are typically processed and delivered on the next working day.

7-Day Service: We deliver 7 days a week, excluding public holidays.

Remote Areas: We deliver to all 7 Emirates; however, certain remote areas may be excluded or require additional time.

📦 Shipping Terms & Conditions

Age Verification: You must be 21 years or older to place an order. A valid Emirates ID or Passport must be presented to the courier upon delivery. Note: Underage orders will be canceled immediately without any further explanation.

Signature & Receiving: We do not ship "Signature Required." It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Address Accuracy: To maintain security, we only ship to the address entered at checkout. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed.

Damaged Items: Any damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre-Order" have specific delivery dates noted on their individual product pages.

💰 Delivery Charges

Orders over AED 200: FREE Delivery across the UAE.

Orders under AED 200: A standard delivery fee of AED 20 applies.

Refunds: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

💳 Order & Payment Confirmation

Step 1: You will receive an immediate order confirmation via email from info@stigpodsuae.ae.

Step 2: Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a notification via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

Step 3: Our courier will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to confirm your exact location and coordinate the Cash or Card on Delivery payment.
